Terms and Conditions of Service
My Promise To You - Here at Fierce Pageant Coaching I believe in making my clients happy and providing phenomenal service. I will give 110% to each and everyone of my clients. I cannot guarantee a wining title, but I will work hard to help build your results.
Emails will be returned within 24 business hours unless your email has been received between Friday after 3 pm and Monday at 8 am. There are some situations where I mayreturn emails over the weekend, depending on my schedule.
What I Expect From My Fierce Girls - In order to be successful in pageantry, hard work is required. I ask each one of my clients and their mothers if it is a child to give 100% during every training session. I also expect material covered in training to be reviewed each day during personal time, in order to reap the benefits. Do not hesitate to call or email me with questions, I am here to help you succeed!
Good Sportsmanship - I expect all members of Fierce Pageant Coaching / Team Fierce to showcase good sportsmanship at al events. Meaning: if you or your child does not win, I will not tolerate you storming off angry, arguing with judges or the director. We are a TEAM, we cheer as a team for everyone involved
with us, whether there are 2 or 20 of us at an event. Parents should your child have a tantrum about the outcome, I expect you to show them how to be a graceful non-winner. I do not use the term loser. I expect all Fierce Girls and their parents to be good sports at all pageants. If you fail to represent Fierce Pageant Coaching properly you and/or your child may be immediately removed from any agreement with Fierce Pageant Coaching!
Session structure ~ I prefer not to instruct my sessions with the parent in the room if the child is over 5yo, reason being that the child often pays more attention to the parent than to the coach and it can be distracting. I will start off each session speaking with the parent to address any routine needs/concerns, then proceed working with the student, finally ending with a wrap up with the parent to discuss how the session went.
All sessions will begin and end on time. Should you arrive late for your session, we will begin as soon as you arrive, however the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Required Non-Refundable Deposit - A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for each coaching session. I require a deposit at least 14 days before your session, exceptions may apply. The non-refundable deposit will be used to ensure your committment to the appointment. Consultation deposits will be due upon appointment confirmation. Deposit fees will be credited toward your session balance.
I WILL NOT RESERVE A DATE FOR YOUR SESSION WITHOUT A DEPOSIT!
COACHING WILL ALSO NOT BEGIN UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME FOR WARDROBE ASSISTANCE / ROUTINE IDEAS UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR SERVICES.
Refunds / Cancellation Policy- Clients who pre-paid the total balance of their consultation and have provided at least a 48 hour cancellation notice via email to: [email protected] . Will be granted a refund, except for the non-refundable deposit portion.
If you fail to arrive for your coaching session your fee will be forfeited. Exceptions may apply on an indvdual basis. This includes any Skype sessions that may be scheduled.
Reschedule Policy- I am happy to reschedule services at your request. To reschedule services please email: [email protected] or call me. Once you are a confirmed client you will be given my direct contact number.
No Double Coaching- I do not believe in double coaching! Meaning if you are a Fierce Girl you are not allowed to coach with another pageant coach unless we terminate our agreement between each other. We do not allow you to work on our routines with another coach nor will we work on routines from another coach.
A physical paper contract agreement will be required before service is granted to clients. The agreement will include all basic terms and conditions stated above plus additional factors. Each client will be provided a copy of the detailed contract agreement.

Payment Agreement
Custom wardrobe items are non-refundable. Once your payment is received the designer will begin your item and it will not be allowed to be cancelled or returned unless there is a defect in the garment. All items are custom color, fit, and details and can not be resold to another client. All items are sent with a tracking number to confirm that it has been shipped and delivered to your address
The coaching services agreement is above and services are non-refundable as I can not get my time back from assisting you in your pageant prep.
